Job Summary

You will be responsible for transforming raw bike components into fully assembled, ready-to-ride bicycles while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Assemble bicycles from various components using hand tools and power tools, ensuring all parts are correctly fitted and secured
  • Conduct thorough inspections of each bike to verify proper function, safety standards, and quality control before completion
  • Perform maintenance tasks such as brake adjustments, suspension setup, and mechanical tune-ups to optimize bike performance
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve assembly or maintenance issues efficiently
  • Assist with inventory management by organizing parts, tools, and finished bikes in the workspace
  • Lift heavy bikes and parts safely during assembly processes while adhering to safety protocols

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical knowledge related to bike components such as brakes, suspension systems, drivetrains, and wheels
  • Proficiency with hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches) and power tools necessary for assembly and repairs
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout the workday
  • Knowledge of cycling principles and enthusiasm for the cycling community is highly desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
