Bilingual Claims Analyst

RMA is looking for a Claims Analyst to join our growing Insurance Solutions team. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll evaluate Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) and Replacement Vehicle Insurance (RVI) claims, deliver exceptional service to our valued clients all while working within an empowered, collaborative environment that values creativity and accountability.

What You’ll Do

• Review and adjudicate GAP & RVI claims with a sharp eye for accuracy, eligibility, and completeness.
• Analyze key documentation (loan/lease agreements, vehicle values, insurance settlements, and payoff details).
• Calculate benefit amounts in line with contract terms and timelines.
• Collaborate with claimants, lenders, dealerships, and insurers to gather information and resolve claims efficiently.
• Make informed claim decisions, process settlements, and maintain clear, compliant claim records.
• Identify potential fraud risks and escalate concerns when appropriate.
• Support audits, quality initiatives, and ongoing training to stay current on products and regulations.

Here’s what will set you up for success in this role:

• Fluently bilingual in French and English
• College diploma, Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in insurance claims, finance, or an auto-related environment
• Working knowledge of GAP and RVI products, vehicle financing, bills of sale, and loan/lease agreements
• Solid understanding of total-loss insurance settlement processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Clear, confident communicator both written and verbal
• Comfortable using MS Office and claims management systems
• Highly organized, able to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
