Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team at Talon Tire, a tire retailer and automotive garage in business for over 50 years ! This role is ideal for individuals who have good communication skills in both English and French and who can work well under pressure in a busy environment . The successful candidate will provide support to the other members of the team by greeting customers at the reception, responding promptly to incoming calls, booking appointments and helping with other administrative tasks.

Duties

  • Greet customers at the reception with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and pass along messages from the message center
  • Maintain a professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
  • Book appointments for tire changeovers and mechanical work
  • Support team leadership by doing other administrative tasks

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable but not necessary.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Proficiency in both English and French is required.
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and basic computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
