**Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential**

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate information and assistance to incoming callers.
  • Effectively assess and gather necessary information to address callers' needs.
  • Adhere to quality guidelines to consistently deliver excellent service.
  • Operate efficiently in various computer environments.
  • Option for remote work post-training, contingent upon meeting standards and having reliable high-speed internet.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential.
  • Display conscientiousness and empathy in customer interactions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Possess proficient computer skills.
  • Demonstrate superior communication and listening abilities.
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Motivated individual passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.

Job Details:

  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  • Pay: Starting at $18.50 per hour
  • Expected Hours: 32 – 48 hours per week
  • Benefits: Medical/dental, long-term disability, life insurance, employee assistance program, opportunities for advancement.
  • Schedule: Includes 8-hour shifts, evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed.
  • Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus pay
  • Hours are between 12pm - 2am & overnight

Education and Experience:

  • Education: Secondary school preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in call center and customer service roles preferred.

Work Location:

  • Remote, Hybrid or in office (Moncton NB)
