Overview

Surgenor Automotive Group is seeking a Vehicle Delivery Specialist to join our General Motors dealership in Ottawa. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring customers feel confident, informed, and excited about their new vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver select new vehicles to customers
• Perform exterior and interior vehicle walk-arounds
• Explain vehicle features, safety systems, and technology
• Set up infotainment, Apple CarPlay / Android Auto, and GM apps
• Review warranty, maintenance, and service information
• Take delivery photos and celebrate the customer experience
• Complete post-delivery follow-ups to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Comfortable with vehicle technology

· Professional and customer-focused attitude

· Bilingual (English/French) Mandatory

· Valid driver’s license

· Automotive experience is an asset, but not required
