Bilingual Legal Assistant
We are looking for a self motivated Legal Assistant to ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management. You will provide a broad spectrum of legal services under the supervision of an attorney.
This job offers paid vacation time, medical insurance, dental insurance, and 401K employer matching.
Applicants must be able to type at least 35 words per minute.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness
- Handle communication with clients, witnesses etc.
- Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
