Bilingual Plaintiff Pi Pre-Suit Paralegal

The Rosen Injury Law team is growing again! We are looking for a self motivated full-time pre-suit paralegal for our plaintiff's personal injury law firm with experience in pre-suit personal injury case management.

Responsibilities

• Request crash reports, 911 calls, CAD reports, and other investigative materials
• Handle communication with clients
• Request medical records
• File claims with insurance carriers
• Obtain insurance policy information
• Assist with client property damage
• Client intake
• Locate and develop case relevant information
• Create and file legal documents and correspondence
• Monitor deadlines and calendars

Skills

• Proven working experience as a pre-suit paralegal
• Case Management software experience, Filevine a plus
• Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system
• Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
• Computer literacy including word, excel and powerpoint
• Working knowledge of case management software (knowledge and experience with Filevine a plus)
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Languages English and Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
