Job description
Our finance department are seeking a Billing Administrator. This is a busy, fast-paced role working to produce accurate bills in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Processing of sales transactions in line with service agreements
- Ownership of sales invoicing process from start to finish
- Monitor and review for billing anomalies
- Support internal departments as required
- Ad-hoc requirements which may arise within the department from time to time
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is preferred
- ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics GP would be an advantage)
- Self-motivated, proactive and ability to use own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Schedule
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
