About the North America Team:

The North America Corporate Risk and Broking Operations team is based in Mumbai and comprises approximately 600 colleagues. The team supports large and complex clients, middle‑market organizations, and select accounts across a broad range of industries. These industries include construction, real estate, hospitality and leisure, aerospace, marine, financial institutions and professional services, public sector and education, technology and telecommunications, transportation and logistics, health care and life sciences, natural resources, and retail and distribution. The team works closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high‑quality operational and client service support.


About the Role:

This role is responsible for managing end‑to‑end agency billing activities, including the accurate invoicing of clients for insurance premiums and associated fees.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and assess carrier and broker documentation for insurance billing processing

  • Process agency bills, including endorsements, audits, cancellations, extensions, new accounts, renewals, reports, and fees

  • Generate and send invoices to clients through mail and e-mail

  • Manage undelivered invoice exceptions in a timely and accurate manner

  • Follow standard operating procedures, client and carrier specifications, and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements

  • Coordinate with client managers and client support service teams to resolve agency billing issues and discrepancies

  • Provide timely and effective responses to queries, requests, and corrections received from field offices and service centers through centralized mailboxes

  • Develop a strong understanding of the billing process, including related upstream and downstream activities

  • Maintain defined quality standards and turnaround timelines

  • Participate in and contribute to process improvement initiatives

  • Build and sustain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications


  • Graduation

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including business‑focused communication

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced capability in Microsoft Excel

  • Demonstrated attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
