We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator - Digital Delivery to join our innovative team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will coordinate our BIM activities and digital delivery across our design and construction projects.

• Setup Revit files for new projects
• Setup ACC for new projects
• Coordinate BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices
• Liaise with disciplines to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Analyze and optimize BIM workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks on BIM deliverables
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in digital design and construction
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BIM-related issues
• Prepare and deliver BIM training programs for staff and project teams
• Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with organizational goals and project requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and ACC
• Automation & Dashboarding skills
• BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is highly desirable
• Proficiency in BIM coordination platforms like Revizto & Solibri is highly desirable
• Proven track record of successfully coordinating large-scale design or construction projects using BIM
• Strong knowledge of 3D modelling and visualization tools
• In-depth understanding of BIM standards best practices and digital design and construction workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Experience with digital delivery implementation in design and construction projects
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in UAE & KSA is advantageous
