Hiring – BIM Modeler (F&B / Retail Projects)

YR Global Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented BIM Modeler to support the design and execution of F&B outlets, retail spaces, and restaurant projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models for F&B outlets, retail spaces & restaurant projects
• Prepare 3D models, shop drawings & construction documentation
• Coordinate with architects, designers & MEP teams for clash-free designs
• Update models based on design revisions and site requirements
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards & project specifications
• Assist in quantity take-offs & material schedules
• Support project teams in resolving design/coordination issues
• Maintain proper documentation & version control

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of BIM Modeling experience (Retail / F&B / Hospitality preferred)
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD & Navisworks
• Strong architectural & MEP coordination knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
• Good communication & teamwork skills
