Breffni Air are seeking an experienced BIM Revit Technician to work from our office in Cavan.

We are a well-established specialist ventilation sub-contractor that operates across Ireland, UK and Europe on various Ventilation and Modular projects in Pharmaceutical, Industrial and Data Centre industries.

Your role

You will be involved in the entire design process including but not limited to preliminary assessments, concept creation, design and problem resolution. The successful candidate will work closely with our BIM Lead and project teams to deliver coordinated, installation - ready models to LOD 400 standard

Responsibilities

• Develop coordinated ductwork models using Revit MEP and Fabrication CADmep
• Produce LOD 300-400 fabrication models
• Model in accordance with internal BIM standards and QA procedures
• Develop coordinated ductwork models using Revit MEP and Fabrication CADmep
• Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings
• Prepare detailed fabrication drawings and spool outputs
• Maintain model accuracy in line with project specifications
• Support continuous improvement of digital delivery processes

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years experience in MEP BIM modelling
• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Familiarity with Navisworks coordination workflows
• Good understanding of HVAC ducting systems
• Strong attention to detail

Desirable (But not essential):

• Experience using Fabrication CADmep or Revit Fabrication Parts
• Experience working within Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360
• Experience working with Dynamo or other automation tools
• Experience in preparing electrical containment and caballing drawings
