Are you a graduate in biology or similar studies and passionate about biodiversity and sustainability?

To achieve this purpose, we are looking for new talents to support our teams at our headquarters in Puzol, Valencia.
How will you support the teams in achieving this goal?
- You will analyze biodiversity on our farms remotely, detect needs, and propose ideas for improvement.
- You will develop and implement biodiversity improvement projects and document all processes.
- You will formalize actions for sustainability in farming operations globally, including:
- Cover crops
- Bioecosystem protection
- Water management
- Fertilization efficiency
- You will promote soil health, fertility, and carbon sequestration initiatives.
- You will develop climate change mitigation measures.
- You will develop and manage a dashboard of sustainability indicators using tools like Power BI.
- You will lead pilot projects related to regenerative farming at La Masía farm.
- You will conduct benchmarking to optimize carbon footprint and energy efficiency.
Your internship will be accompanied by a tutor responsible for your professional training and by a supervisor of internships for the organization in general. You will also receive a personalized training plan and we regularly carry out an evaluation session in which we intend to carry out a personalized follow-up. In addition, we remunerate your activity monthly with 600€ gross. At the end of your stay we will give you a training certificate, including the evaluation. Of course, we can also offer you lots of sunshine, fresh fruits and plenty of opportunities to join our multi-cultural team.
What would we expect from you?
- Studies in Biology, Environmental Sciences, Agriculture, or similar.
- High level of English; French skills are highly valued.
- Communicative, analytical, and enjoy project planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tools like Power BI.
- Knowledge of carbon footprint analysis, regenerative farming, and sustainable agricultural practices.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret sustainability metrics.
- Ability to lead pilot projects and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Passion for sustainability and making a meaningful impact in agricultural practices.
