Responsible for manufacturing therapeutic proteins (API) under cGMP conditions. Work includes operating equipment, following SOPs, performing basic lab tasks, and maintaining a clean production environment. Must be comfortable working in a cleanroom and handling documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and process recipes for production
• Operate equipment including CIP and SIP systems
• Perform basic lab tasks (pH, conductivity, sampling)
• Transfer raw materials and chemicals
• Clean and sanitize facility and equipment
• Record production data (written and electronic)
• Attend meetings, shift exchanges, and send emails
• Support 6S and improvement projects
• Work in cleanroom with proper gowning
• Perform other duties as assigned

Mandatory Skills

• Basic understanding of GMP rules
• Able to follow written procedures (SOPs)
• Comfortable working in cleanroom with gowning
• Can operate machines and automated systems
• Knows basic lab tasks like pH and sampling
• Able to move and handle materials safely
• Good at writing and electronic documentation
• Willing to clean and sanitize equipment
• Can attend meetings and send emails
• Basic computer knowledge

Education

• Minimum: High School Diploma
• Preferred: Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field

Preferred Backgrounds

Candidates with science education or manufacturing experience from these fields have done well:

• Food service (cooks who follow recipes)
• Pharmacy technicians
• EMTs, nurses, nurse aides
• Security guards
• Tech support, robotics, mechanical trades
• Sig Sauer or regulated manufacturing employees

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
