We’re Hiring: Part-Time BCBA

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! This is a flexible, part-time position.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide supervision for RBTs and behavior technicians
• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Oversee implementation of ABA programs and ensure quality of care
• Complete parent training with caregivers to support clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Current BCBA certification and state licensure
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience providing supervision
• Passion for helping individuals reach their fullest potential

Hours & Pay:

• Flexible, part-time schedule
• Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
