*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques to provide behavioral therapy. *Duties* - Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments - Develop behavior intervention plans - Implement and monitor individualized treatment programs - Provide training and support to caregivers and staff - Collect and analyze data to track progress - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care *Skills* - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification - Proficient in HIPAA regulations - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism - Strong background in data collection and analysis - Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles - Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations - Experience working with children in special education settings - Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51,136.00 - $76,197.00 per year
