Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with various behavioral challenges. You will work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to promote positive behavioral changes and improve overall quality of life. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of behavioral therapy, and a commitment to patient care.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral issues and develop effective treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on data analysis.
- Provide training and support to caregivers, educators, and other professionals on behavior management strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Advocate for individuals with disabilities and promote their inclusion in various settings.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient assessment, and behavioral therapy techniques.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Familiarity with special education practices and behavioral health principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in medical documentation.
- A compassionate approach towards patient care and a commitment to improving client outcomes.

Pay: $77,258.00 - $86,415.00 per year
