Introduction: Rockwell College is a co-educational school with a diverse pupil body, including both boarders and day-boarders. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and holistic educational environment for our students. To ensure the well-being and welfare of our boarders, we are seeking Senior and Junior Deans to join our Residence team, reporting to the Residence Manager and the Principal.
Role Overview: The Senior & Junior Deans are integral to the overall management of the Residence and College, serving as mentors, supervisors, and role models for our 120 resident boarders. These roles require flexibility as they may evolve to meet the changing needs of the College community.
The roles of Senior and Junior Deans are central to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for the resident students of Rockwell College. By fulfilling their roles with dedication, compassion, and professionalism, Deans contribute significantly to the growth and well-being of the College community.
We seek to appoint male & female Deans on a fixed-term contract basis, covering day, evening and overnight shifts across a 7-day week. Successful candidates will be subject to satisfactory Garda vetting and must hold a full, clean driver's license, as driving is an essential component of the role. First aid / first responder qualification is desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
