Job Description
Perform several testing and inspection activities on electronic boards. Build functional, electrical, and visual tests according to defined procedures and test instructions, using dedicated test equipment and systems. Ensure that electronic boards meet quality, performance, and safety requirements.
Reporting to the PCB Assembly and Testing Manager. Located in Italy, Artegna.
The Electronic Boards Tester is responsible for testing and validating electronic printed circuit boards during and after the production process.
You will build defined test procedures, analyzing test results, and identifying non-conformities following quality standards and technical documentation. We ask that you, basic troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with test equipment and software. The tester contributes in ensuring product quality and reliability while supporting production flow and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform functional, electrical, and visual testing on electronic boards
- Build tests according to test procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
- Use test equipment, fixtures, and software systems to perform board testing
- Record and verify test results in the appropriate systems or documentation
- Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming boards or test failures
- Support basic troubleshooting activities in collaboration with production and engineering
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, EHS, and housekeeping standards
- Follow production priorities and support on-time delivery
- Collaborate with the PCB Assembly and Testing team to achieve quality and productivity targets
Requirements:
- Minimum vocational education
- Manual skills and attention to detail
- Accuracy, diligence, and reliability in task execution
- Follow procedures and technical documentation
- Willingness to work in a shift system
