We are seeking an enthusiastic Boat Crew Member who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing role. You’ll be the heart of our operation, creating warm welcomes, ensuring smooth boat operations, and maintaining our reputation for outstanding hospitality. This is an active, outdoor role, perfect for someone who loves the great outdoors and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
- Customer Engagement: Welcome guests with enthusiasm, provide clear safety demonstrations, and ensure they feel comfortable and excited about their experience.
- Boat Operations: Prepare boats for customer use, assist with departures and arrivals, and oversee smooth transitions between bookings.
- Guest Support: Act as the go-to problem solver for any customer queries or concerns, ensuring every guest has an exceptional time on the water.
- Safety & Maintenance: Monitor customer behavior for safety, follow health and safety protocols, and assist with light DIY or equipment care when needed.
- Administration: Support with bookings,customer inquiries, and local marketing efforts as required.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and adapt to varying tasks.

- Strong communication skills and a knack for engaging with people of all backgrounds.
- Enthusiasm for working outdoors and confidence around water.
- A safety-conscious approach with attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently, adapt to challenges, and remain motivated under pressure.
- Practical skills, such as light maintenance or DIY, are a bonus!

Details:
- Job Type: Part-time, fixed-term contract, temp-to-perm.
- Pay: £12.50 per hour + tips and bonuses.
- Hours: 15–35 per week.
- Schedule: Weekend availability required.
- Location: In-person at our London location.
- Start Date: ASAP.
