• Experience: Prior experience in Service Telecalling and Body Shop/Insurance Claim Coordination preferred.
• DMS Knowledge: Strong system knowledge and hands-on experience in DMS software.
• Coordinate insurance claims, documentation, approvals, and claim status updates.
• Handle customer calls, follow-ups, and provide regular updates on repair and claim progress.
• Coordinate with customers, insurance companies, surveyors, service advisors, and workshop teams.
