About the role:
We’re currently seeking a qualified Boilermaker to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll repair, fabricate, and maintain plant and equipment, operate workshop machinery, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency at all times.

What you'll be doing?

Precisely assemble plant and equipment to ensure a safe and reliable operation
Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality workmanship
Plan, assess and prioritise jobs to ensure efficient delivery of maintenance and fabrication work
Maintain equipment performance through ongoing repairs and preventative maintenance activities
Operate machinery safely in line with specifications, including completing pre-start checks and reporting faults or defects
Drive continuous improvement by identifying cost savings, process efficiencies and reporting recommendations

Skills and Experiences:
What we're looking for?

Qualified Boilermaker with 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong technical expertise in welding, fabrication, and mechanical maintenance
Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
Effective communicator and team player who collaborates well
High attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
Strong problem-solver with solid critical thinking skills
Self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks
