About the Role
Based in Tamworth, you'll provide booking and administrative support to our valuation team, acting as the local point of contact for scheduling, job allocation, and client communication. You'll work closely with valuers across the region to coordinate appointments and manage workflow, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a great experience for clients and internal teams alike.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Schedule valuation appointments by phone, speaking directly with access providers, tenants, agents, and clients.
•
Manage inbound booking enquiries and allocate jobs efficiently.
•
Coordinate valuer schedules to meet client turnaround times and service expectations.
•
Communicate updates on access issues, delays, and required documents.
•
Maintain accurate records in valuation systems.
•
Work collaboratively with valuers, directors and the broader administration team to ensure smooth scheduling and workflow management.
Skills and Experiences:
Desired Skills:
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role; call centre, finance, real estate or property valuation experience highly regarded.
- Conflict-resolution capability and a process-driven mindset.
- Quick learner with confidence using new systems and software.
- Commitment to going above and beyond in service delivery.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills, initiative, and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to understand client needs, manage expectations, and handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including multi-calendar management.
