- Financial Record keeping: Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, verify expenses, prepare and issue payments to vendors, and maintain records of outstanding payables.
- Payroll Processing: Manage payroll operations, including calculating wages, withholding taxes, and issuing payments.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and summaries to support informed decision-making.
- Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking budgets, identifying variances, and recommending adjustments.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist with internal or external audits.
- Expense Management: Monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving measures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.61 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
