We manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and safe for all residents. As we expand our reach, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Bookkeeper at SPM, you will be responsible for:
- Recording daily financial transactions in accounting software
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable entries
- Reconciling bank and credit card statements
- Preparing and organizing invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation
- Assisting with payroll entries and vendor payments
- Maintaining accurate general ledger records
- Producing monthly reporting
- Communicating with internal departments to clarify financial activity
- Supporting the operational team as needed
- All other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
