• Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify account accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Conduct account analysis to monitor financial health and prepare reports for management review.
• Assist with payroll processing, ensuring employee payments are accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and revenue streams for ongoing financial planning.
• Maintain organized documentation of all financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and statements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, receivable, and account reconciliation.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze accounts and identify discrepancies.
• Basic understanding of budgeting processes and financial reporting.
• Prior experience working in an e-commerce environment is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $81,654.15-$139,700.12 per year
