Bookkeeper - Part Time

Part Time

Perform full cycle bookkkeeping duties. AR/AP, invoicing, payroll and tax filing. Monthly bank reconciles. Assist external accountant to complete corporate year end statement and Tax filing. Be able to meet required deadlines. Min 2 years of bookkeeping experience. Experience with Quickbook and Microsoft Office. English, Spoken and written, Mandarin speaking required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$28.05 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

QuickBooks: 2 years (preferred)
Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
