Bookkeeper - Part Time Temporary Role

As a family-run hotel business, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented bookkeeper to help us maintain accurate financial records and support our day-to-day accounting operations.

About The Role

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions in [Sage]
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports
• Support payroll and expense tracking
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accounting clerk, or similar role beneficial but not essential
• Proficiency in Sage & Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and integrity handling confidential information
