Title: Technical Lead - Boomi Integration Projects

Location: Office (Pune / Mohali / Hyderabad / Remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Lead to oversee and drive the successful execution of integration projects built on the Boomi platform. This role may initially involve leading a high-performing team of 4–6 Boomi developers based in India, ensuring technical quality, on-time delivery, and alignment with client requirements and architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Own the end-to-end technical design, development, and deployment of Boomi integrations, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Along with the onshore technical lead, act as the offshore technical point of contact for solution design decisions, integration strategy, and platform best practices.
• Perform detailed design reviews, code quality checks, and enforce Boomi development standards across the team.

• Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 Boomi developers; guide task assignments, unblock issues, and foster skill development through feedback and coaching.
• Coordinate sprint planning, effort estimation, and delivery timelines in collaboration with project managers, QA, and client stakeholders.
• Liaise with onshore technical architects, business analysts, and clients to clarify requirements, demo progress, and align technical objectives.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports, highlighting accomplishments, blockers, and upcoming milestones.

• Operational Excellence

• Ensure high availability and robustness of deployed integrations, participating in go-live support and post-deployment stabilization.
• Promote automation, monitoring, and reusable component development to improve team efficiency and reduce operational overhead.

• Versatility

• Cross-technology consulting will be required from time-to-time. Although Boomi is the primary focus for this role, consulting work on other platforms that Bits In Glass partners with, may be required (e.g., MuleSoft)
