Our collections feature distinctive pieces sourced from all over the world including Vancouver, Montreal, Italy, the Netherlands, Australia and Denmark.

We’re now looking for a driven, sales-minded, fashion-loving Boutique Sales Specialist to join our Revolution Boutique family.

About the Role:

As a Boutique Sales Specialist, you are the heart of the in-store experience.

You’ll connect with customers, help them find pieces that truly fit their lifestyle, and support a sales process built on trust, because at Revolution Boutique, we believe selling is something we do for the client rather than something we do to the client.

What you’ll do:

· Learn and apply our proven 1:1 sales process strategy
· Create a warm, genuine, and engaging experience for every customer
· Build relationships and offer personalized styling support
· Consistently drive key metrics like conversion and average receipt
· Maintain awareness on the sales floor and respond to customer needs
· Multitask effectively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
· Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to contribute (reliable transportation required)

What you won’t do:

This is a people-first role. You won’t be responsible for administrative paperwork, heavy lifting, or re-stocking of inventory. Instead, you’ll focus on what you do best: supporting customers and delivering an exceptional boutique experience.

Role details:

Starting at $18/hr plus bonuses and Revenue Sharing Incentive

Work Location: In person
Store Hours: Mon-Fri 10:00 am -6:00 pm / Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
