We are currently recruiting Sales Assistant who will be in charge of assisting clients through personalized customer experience. The ideal candidate will represent Tissot as an ambassador, inspiring our customers. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for: - lead complex clients' request, assist them throughout the entire customer journey including after sales activities; - Support operation tasks, be aware of company procedures and systems and ensure compliance; - Take actions to maximize the sales opportunity on all categories; - Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience both during and after sale service

Il vostro profilo

Skills and Experience: - 1/2 years in Retail sales assistant role - High skill set in driving sales and achieving KPI’s - Excellent communication and customer service skills - A work ethic that understands the importance of going above and beyond to satisfy the clients and exceed their expectations

Conoscenze delle lingue

Fluent in English and Italian. Any other language will be considered a plus.
