We are a leading staffing firm hiring BPO C hat Support Executive on behalf of one of our clients in the BPO sector in Mohali (Punjab). The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills and a customer-first attitude to support high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via chat and email
• Provide accurate information and clear, timely solutions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction in every interactions

Qualification:

• Any graduate can apply
• Freshers are welcome
• Excellent written communication skills in English

Work Schedule:

• Shifts: Rotational (Day and Night)
• Working Days: 5 days a week

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
