Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated BPO Executive to join our customer support team. As the first point of contact for our clients' customers, you will be responsible for resolving inquiries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. No prior experience is required we provide comprehensive paid training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats (depending on process) professionally and promptly.
  • Query Resolution: Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate priority or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., Tier 2 Support or Team Leader).
  • Process Adherence: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), scripts, and compliance guidelines strictly.
  • Feedback: Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the management to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Targets: Meet daily/weekly KPIs such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handling Time (AHT), and First Call Resolution (FCR).

Eligibility Criteria (Must-Haves)

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, B.Tech, etc.). Final-year students awaiting results may also apply.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory). Fluency in Hindi/Tamil/Kannada is an advantage.
  • Age: 18 years and above.
  • Technical: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and good typing speed (25+ WPM for non-voice roles).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Strong active listening skills and empathy.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and irate customers calmly.
  • Quick learner with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) and rotating week-offs.
