Job Title: Supervisor - Sales

Location/Job Type: Remote – Work from Home / Full-Time Salaried

Job Description:

As a Supervisor at RUI, your role entails providing support to management while leading a team of Inbound Sales Representatives. You will guide your team to achieve required targets and champion the company’s reputation for outstanding service. This position presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of customer retention representatives, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Develop and implement effective retention strategies, tactics, and processes to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Collaborate with management to optimize processes and drive team success.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with the training team to ensure continuous skill development.
  • Lead by example through active participation in retention activities and client interactions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, analyze metrics, and provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Handle escalated client concerns and objections, ensuring resolutions that uphold our reputation for excellence.
  • Monitor calls for quality assurance and provides regular feedback for improvement.
  • Comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company and client policy, with regards to the handling of confidential consumer information

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum two (2) years in a sale’s supervisory role.
  • Minimum two (2) years in a call center/BPO environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and guiding sales teams to exceed targets.
  • Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze data and formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
  • Collaborative spirit and a commitment to creating a positive team environment.
  • Ability to multitask, stay focused and self-manage.

Work Environment:

· May require flexibility for evening or weekend shifts based on operational needs.
