We are seeking a high-performing and responsible Branch Head to take complete ownership of our Irinjalakuda & Chalakudi branch. You will be fully responsible for the branch's business growth, driving admissions, and managing the entire academic and administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete Branch Ownership: Take full responsibility for the branch’s business targets, P&L (Profit & Loss), and daily operations.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor Academic trainers and Administrative staff for smooth center functioning.
• Sales & Admission Leadership: Closely coordinate with the lead generation and admission teams to convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Business Growth: Implement local marketing strategies to consistently scale the center's revenue and brand presence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Branch Head, Center Manager, or in a similar leadership role (Education/Training Institute sector preferred).
• Strong team handling capacity (both academic & sales/admin teams).
• Highly target-driven with excellent business acumen and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
