Overview:
We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our team in achieving business objectives and driving growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and business acumen.
Duties:
-Direct all operational, customer service and sales personnel
-Develop sales goals while reducing overhead and increasing net profits
-Developing team members and putting them in the best positions for their talent
-Evaluating current processes and developing new processes to increase net profits while improving employee satisfaction
-Sharing knowledge with other branches and senior management on effective practices, competitive intelligence and business opportunities or needs
-Network to improve company reputation and sales in the market
-Learning new products on the market and staying informed on market changes
Requirements:
-A positive attitude
-Experience in management
-Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
-Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve and recognize/resolve problems before they arise
-Excellent communication skills
-Cabinet industry knowledge is a plus, but not required
