To help us with this, we are searching for a Branch Manager to join our team in Tauranga

What you'll be busy with:

• Lead, mentor and inspire a dedicated, close-knit team to deliver exceptional member outcomes
• Proactively grow the branch by fostering key relationships, identifying new opportunities and actively engaging in community events and networking
• Growing and strengthening the Tauranga Branch’s, funding and lending portfolios
• Expanding and nurturing a strong, loyal member base

What you'll bring:

• Substantial demonstrated lending, sales and service experience within the Financial Services industry
• Previous leadership experience, including management and development of staff
• Experience in ‘getting out', building relationships and networking
• Have or obtain the NZ Certificate in Financial Service (Level 5) - full training will be provided to achieve this

This is a full time position.
