Global Autobody Supplies is looking for a driven, organized, and customer-focused Branch Manager to lead our busy SE Calgary location.

Key Responsibilities
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, including:

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Lead the sales team to meet and exceed branch sales targets
• Visit customers regularly to strengthen relationships and grow accounts
• Negotiate deals, pricing structures, and volume opportunities

Operations & Inventory Management

• Oversee inventory levels, ordering, min/max systems, and stock accuracy
• Ensure proper product flow, organization, and warehouse efficiency
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and safety compliance

Staff Leadership

• Manage, schedule, and support all branch staff
• Conduct training, coaching, performance reviews, and team development
• Responsible for hiring & termination decisions when needed

Business & Financial Accountability

• Manage branch reporting, sales reports, and performance metrics
• Oversee branch accounts and ensure proper financial controls
• Achieve operational KPIs and maintain profitability
• Work closely with upper management on strategy and growth opportunities

Who We’re Looking For
A strong candidate will have:

• Prior management or supervisory experience
• Strong sales background (automotive or industrial experience an asset)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and motivated to build a high-performing team
