Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the clinic team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor appointments, client experience, and overall clinic performance.
• Support business growth by achieving monthly operational and revenue objectives.
• Ensure smooth coordination between front office, consultants, therapists, and doctors.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Maintain clinic hygiene, service quality, and operational standards.
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
• Recruit, train, and support new team members when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
