About Emmetts

Ready to lead a high-performing branch in one of Victoria’s key agricultural regions? Emmetts is looking for a commercially minded leader to take the reins at our busy Horsham branch, a trusted name in the heart of the Wimmera.

This is a standout opportunity to lead a well-established team that plays an important role in keeping Wimmera farmers moving. You will bring the leadership, commercial focus and customer-first mindset needed to build on strong foundations, grow branch performance and deliver the service our customers trust.

As Branch Manager, you will lead the day-to-day performance of the branch, support and develop your team, and strengthen trusted relationships with customers and the local community. You will use your leadership experience, business acumen and understanding of regional customers to drive results across sales, service, parts and overall branch operations.

What you will bring:
Strong people leadership, with the confidence to set direction, lift performance and lead through growth and change
A strong sales and customer-focused approach
A strategic, analytical and proactive approach to problem solving
Strong business acumen, with sound financial and reporting capability
Clear communication skills and the ability to influence, engage and build trust
A genuine passion for the agricultural industry, with ag sales, machinery or product knowledge highly regarded

Experience in ag, machinery or regional branch leadership will be highly regarded, along with an understanding of the Wimmera market.
