The Role:
This hands-on role will see you maintaining operations in the branch to ensure that everything is running smoothly and to a high standard.

There is loads of variety in this role – not only will you be overseeing a (pretty awesome) team hydraulic hose technicians, but you will also be building and maintaining effective relationships with local customers, locally based OEM’s and direct accounts. And when required you will also be helping out at the counter making hoses.

What you will be doing:

• Overseeing a team of Hydraulic Hose Technicians to ensure fleet productivity and resource utilisation
• Managing all work scheduling issues or escalations as they arise.
• Ensuring that all jobs are quoted and invoiced correctly
• Overseeing the flow of inventory into the branch and ensuring ordering is in line with customer needs to meet demands
• Coordinating day to day warehouse and shipping to meet targets.
• Ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation

About the person:

• Good knowledge and understanding of hydraulic hose & fitting manufacture, repair and maintenance (preferred).
• Computer savvy and able to use a variety of programmes (use of Pronto is advantageous)
• Previous administration or customer service skills (advantageous).
• Proven experience in managing a small team (preferred but not essential).
• Great communication & interpersonal skills
• Well-developed time management skills
