Job Role: Branch Relationship Officer (BRO) at AXIS BANK
CTC: 4.54LPA FIXED.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and build strong relationships with customers visiting the bank branch.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Promote and cross-sell products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, and credit cards.
• Assist customers with account opening, documentation, and banking transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
• Work closely with branch staff to achieve sales and service targets.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers to strengthen long-term relationships.

Pay: ₹25,768.08 - ₹28,310.10 per month
