Description:
There is a great opportunity to join our wonderful team in Hamilton!
This is a customer-facing role, with full on-the-job training & support with the opportunity to progress through the business. We are looking for a motivated person to start their career journey in a motivated company that will invest in you to succeed and help you to excel. Ideally, you will have some experience or exposure to the hydraulic industry and Pronto systems (but not essential) and you will need a passion to look after customers and provide exceptional service.

- Dealing with customers, internal and external, daily
- Manufacturing hoses for walk-in customers through the hose shop
- Answering the phone, taking, and keying orders
- Picking, packing & sending urgent orders when required
We are looking for someone with:
- Be reliable and show up to support your team
- Good communication skills and accuracy in your work process
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Someone willing to learn and progress
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work unsupervised to meet customer deadlines
- Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Flexibility for working hours
- Some mechanical aptitude would be beneficial but not essential
