Brand Ambassador – Field Team (Part-Time, Students Welcome)

As a Brand Ambassador – Field Team, you will go door-to-door in assigned Kingston neighbourhoods (always in pairs or small groups) to generate interest, create positive interactions with homeowners, and gather home owner contact info for our sales team.

This role is perfect for students or anyone looking for strong communication experience, sales skills, and weekly bonuses.

What You’ll Do

• Knock doors in targeted neighbourhoods
• Engage homeowners with a friendly, confident approach
• Identify potential interest in deck/fence refinishing
• Collect contact information (training provided)
• Work alongside a supportive, high-energy student team
• Attend weekly coaching meetings to improve skills

Compensation

Base Pay:

• $17/hour guaranteed

Bonuses:

• +$2 for every qualified A/B lead
• +$5 for every estimate booked by the estimator from your lead
• +$10 for every job sold/closed from your lead
• Bi-weekly leaderboard prizes ($25 gift card)
• Bonuses paid weekly

Average Earnings:

• Most reps earn $20–$25/hour total with bonuses
• Top performers can exceed $30/hour

Performance Expectations

Weekday Shifts (Tues/Wed/Thurs):

• 3.5 hours
• 60–90 doors
• 4–6 qualified A/B leads

Saturday Shift:

• 4.5 hours
• 120–170 doors
• 5–7 qualified A/B leads

Weekly Average:

• ~420–500 doors/week
• 13–20 qualified leads/week

Full training & scripts provided.

Schedule
