We are seeking a friendly, solution-oriented Brand Ambassador / Sales Associate to support our beverage and water delivery industry clients inside retail partner locations. As a Brand Ambassador / Sales Associate, you’ll engage directly with customers on the sales floor, providing product information, answering questions, and helping shoppers find the hydration solutions that best fit their home or workplace needs.

Brand Ambassador / Sales Associate Key Responsibilities

• Approach and engage customers inside retail stores to understand their beverage and water delivery needs.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products and services offered by our clients.
• Assist customers by answering questions, addressing concerns, and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Facilitate in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and customer sign-ups or lead generation.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activity.
• Collaborate with store staff and client teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Follow up with customers as needed to enhance satisfaction and encourage brand loyalty.
• Stay informed about beverage and water delivery industry trends and product updates to better assist customers.

Brand Ambassador / Sales Associate Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Comfortable engaging customers in a busy retail environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to stand and interact with customers for extended periods.
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
