Summary

As a Brand Ambassador for Dutchman's Gold, you will play a vital role in promoting our high-quality honey and bee products. This position involves engaging with customers, conducting product demonstrations, running reports, and representing our brand at various events across Canada. COSTCO ROAD SHOW RALLY!!!

Responsibilities

• Engage with Costco members to promote Dutchman's Gold products and brand values. Etobicoke and Markham locations to start) - Feb 3rd - April 12th 2026
• Conduct product demonstrations, sampling at Road show events, markets, and retail locations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance brand loyalty.
• Communicate effectively about product benefits and features to diverse audiences.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the store employees and DG sales team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to complete before Jan 7th)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively.
• Experience in public speaking or conducting product demos is an asset.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with a broader customer base.
• Passion for food products, particularly honey, maple syrup, bee pollen and propolis and sustainable practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proven experience in event planning or in-store demos.
• Passion for community engagement, health, and wellness.
• Enthusiasm for Dutchman’s Gold products and mission.

Additional Details:

• Must be available on weekends and weekdays as required. (min 1 weekend shift)
• Travel within the GTA regions, up to 60 minutes as needed. (Travel over 30 km total will be reimbursed.)
• Training will be provided and through online sessions.
• Approx. 30 min of weekday availability may be required for scheduling, setup, and communication.

Job Types: Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 16 weeks

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
