What You'll Be Doing:

• Championing the Customer Experience: Be the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, feedback, and vehicle sales interest.
• Building Lasting Relationships: Foster strong connections with our customers, turning first-time visitors into lifelong Blackstone Motors advocates.
• Being a Brand Ambassador: Represent Renault, Dacia, Nissan, and Opel with pride, providing expert information and guidance on our products.
• Navigating the Journey: Guide customers seamlessly through their sales experience ensuring clear communication every step of the way.
• Feedback Master: Proactively seek out customer feedback to continuously improve our processes and exceed expectations.

What We're Looking For:

• Customer Service Superstar: You genuinely love helping people and have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Communication Pro: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
• Empathetic & Patient: You can listen actively, understand needs, and respond with warmth and professionalism.
• Organised & Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple tasks, keeping accurate records, and following through on commitments.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other digital tools.
• Automotive Interest: A general interest in the motor industry or our brands (Renault, Dacia, Nissan, Opel) is a plus!
