About the role

PharmaCare is seeking a dynamic and talented Brand Manager to join our team in Warriewood. This exciting opportunity is within the Bioglan, Bioglan Medlab & Personal Care department, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the Bioglan brand. If you are passionate about marketing and ready to make a significant impact in a permanent, full-time position, we want to hear from you.

The main responsibilities will include:
Define and execute the brands strategic roadmap
Manage and drive subordinates in reaching their goals and responsibilities
Oversee and manage A&P Spend and activities, including Media
Drive brand direction through the internal sales force
Think outside the box to find new opportunities to grow the brand
Ensure profit targets are achieved and additional plans to drive profit are executed
Drive product innovation & go to market launch plans
Ensure competitiveness of the brand with external competition via our own marketing mix
Train/liaise with PharmaCare Sales team
Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures

Full-time on-site role based in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern beaches

Skills and Experiences:
About you

Our ideal candidate will be degree qualified in a Marketing or relevant Business-related discipline who is ready to take the next step in their career and own the portfolio, you will have excellent communication skills, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for driving brand growth

Minimum 3 – 5 years marketing experience within the FMCG Food Industry/Pharmacy OTC and Complimentary Medicines.
Minimum 2+ years as an Assistant Brand Manager or similar.
Excellent organisation and project management skills, must be able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Solid communication and rapport building skills
Must be able to demonstrate strong experience of the NPD process – particularly project management
Experience in managing budgets and forecasting
Proven experience in development and execution of marketing and advertising strategies
Experience and involvement with trade shows and all it entails
A strong understanding of market segments, research and market data
A self-starter - must be able to work autonomously and have the drive to grow both portfolios – always looking for and identifying opportunities
Must be passionate about your portfolio
You will have managed successful DTC campaigns including TV, digital and print
A ‘can do attitude’ with the ability to ‘think outside the box’ – to differentiate your brand from competitors
Sound PC skills and intermediate skills in Microsoft applications
