About the role

Join our Personal Care team in Warriewood. This full time in office role reports into the Marketing Manager, you’ll help bring our brands to life through end‑to‑end brand management, innovation, and execution. Work with cross‑functional teams to shape campaigns and drive commercial impact while building your marketing skills.

Duties include:
  • Lead development and implementation of new products
  • Support internal sales team with go to market plans and category strategies
  • Manage brand media campaigns, planning, creative reporting and budgets
  • Monthly analysis & reporting of scan and category sales
  • Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures
Skills and Experiences:
About you

  • Degree qualified in Marketing or similar
  • 2+ years as a Brand Manager or similar with a drive to learn and build your core marketing capabilities
  • Grocery experience, range reviews and category understanding
  • Strong communication, organisation and project management skills
  • Solid financial acumen
