As a Brand Manager Trainee, you will play an essential role in assisting with the development and execution of retail brand strategies that enhance our client’s image, drive market growth, and build lasting customer relationships. Position Responsibilities:

• Assist in the launch of new products and services, creating an engaging brand experience
• Utilize basic selling skills to properly engage and present solutions to prospective customers
• Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to build brand awareness and customer loyalty
• Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative teams, to ensure that the brand’s messaging is consistent and aligned with company goals
• Creates an inviting environment for customers by maintaining a neat and clean store
• Adheres to all company policies procedures & standards
• Participating in training and workshops to develop a deeper understanding of brand management practices and tools.
• Able to multitask on assorted merchandising and sales responsibilities
• Performs other related duties as assigned

The salary range listed is based on total target earnings including base pay, supplemental pay, commissions, and individual performance bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
